When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if we find a pricing or product information error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we refund you in full.

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping, when it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the rules of your state, and is added to the price shown. We may change our prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when you place it.

You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you choose. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We don't see or store your full card number.

Dawnlit products are for comfort and support. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to your doctor before starting any new routine, especially if you have diabetes, circulation problems or numbness. If you feel numbness, tingling or your pain gets worse, stop using the product. If your pain is severe, getting worse or followed an injury, see a clinician.

Results vary from person to person, and we don't promise any particular result or timeline. We try to show our products and their colors as accurately as possible, but your screen may display them differently.

7. Reviews and Content You Send Us

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it is your own, that it is truthful and that it reflects your own experience. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce and use it on our website, in our emails and in our advertising. We don't ask you for a positive review, and we don't remove reviews because they are critical. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or unrelated to the product. If we can't, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, to the extent permitted by law.
